  1. Candidates are advised to read carefully the XISS FPM Admission details available on the Institute website before filling out the application form and sending it to the Institute.
  2. Fill out the complete form, upload a recent coloured passport-size photo (max 200 kb), and signature (max 100 kb) in the form.
  3. Complete the payment through the online link given on the website and save the transaction slip. Fill the transaction number, amount paid and the date of payment in the application form.
  4. Check the filled form thoroughly as no editing will be allowed after submitting the form.
  5. After completion, click on the submit button and save the pdf for future use.
  6. Mail the saved pdf of the application form to the mail id fpm@xiss.ac.in within the last date. The subject of the email should essentially be NAME_FPM 2024.
  7. Candidates having research experience and publications are advised to upload copies of research papers and publications as a single pdf in the application forms.
  8. Any subsequent amendment/modification etc. on this matter will be notified on the Institute website only which may be referred to by the interested candidates continuously.
  9. Candidature of the application shall be subject to verification of testimonials at any subsequent stage.
  10. Candidates may ensure that they fill in the correct information; Candidates who furnish incorrect information are liable to be disqualified at any stage of the admission process.
  11. Application form (a) received after the last date or (b) incomplete in any respect or (c) any fresh enclosure received after the last date shall not be considered.
  12. The Institute may cancel an application at any time in case the eligibility criteria are not met.
  13. The Institute may or may not fill the advertised vacancies.
  14. Applications received without the prescribed fee shall not be considered. No representation against such rejection will be entertained.
  15. Application Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor will it be adjusted against any other examination or selection.
