VISION

An initiative to create a professional HR/IR community and enhance the holistic development of HR management studies.

OBJECTIVES

  1. To take our passion for human resource management beyond academics.
  2. To uphold the ideals of authoritative HR principles by being a professional body sharing information of value to the community.

AIM

  1. Creating a culture of conscious human resource management amongst students.
  2. Fostering and promoting a culture of creativity and innovation amongst the future leaders of the HR world.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Presidents - Serves as the primary link between the club and administration, ensuring all verticals meet their goals. Presidents also ensure the delivery of KRAs of each vertical, ideate and manage execution of events which require coordination between multiple verticals.
  • Vertical Heads - These leaders manage their specific teams, ensuring efficient task completion and achievement of vertical KRAs. They foster collaboration with other verticals and the presidents, promoting cohesive club operations.
  • Social Media & Public Relations Team - Builds and maintains the club's brand image, managing its online presence and public communications. They create engaging content and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
  • Design Team - Creates visual content for all club activities, maintaining brand consistency across platforms. The team collaborates with PR and content to ensure cohesive and impactful communication.
  • Technical Team - Handles video production and event photography, capturing and editing content for diverse club needs. They also provide technical support for events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Content Team - Generate content for social media and event reporting, fulfilling all written communication needs of the club. The team ensures clear and accurate information dissemination.
  • Alumni Relations Team - Builds and maintains alumni connections, supporting placement efforts and fostering industry relationships. They work to enhance alumni engagement and create valuable networking opportunities.

MODE OF WORKING

  1. For Social Media Content -
    • Reference to the calendar, Inspiration from current events, Inputs from individual members via Whatsapp Group
    • Design team to work on the technical aspects in coordination with the PR team keeping the Corporate Relations team to interact with alums
    • Mail to be sent to the administrator for approval, PR team to post the draft upon approval; Coordination between Executive Council
  2. For Webinars and similar events –
    • Reference to the calendar inspiration from current events, inputs from individual members via Whatsapp Group
    • Based on the calendar, webinar topics could follow a theme. Members of the vertical to give inputs.
    • Official mail to be sent to the Students’ Club Office for approval of the event. PR to post the draft upon approval.
