Professional Experience

As an academician, she is actively engaged in research, contributing to several journal publications and conference presentations of national and international repute. She has presented papers at IEEE conferences, including the International Conference on Software Engineering Education and Training (CSEET) in Hyderabad and the International Conference on Management of Innovation & Technology (ICMIT) in Singapore. Additionally, she has authored book chapters and regularly participates in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to stay updated with emerging trends.

Her primary area of interest is Data Science, and she continuously enhances her skills through certification courses. She has played a key role in organizing conferences, seminars, and webinars. She is also co-guiding a research scholar at Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh.

She successfully coordinated a three-day FDP-cum-Workshop on Business Modelling and Data Analysis using MS Excel.

She has been actively involved with SWAYAM-NPTEL since 2021 as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Under her leadership, XISS has been recognized as an Active Local Chapter.

As the Presiding Officer of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at XISS, she has conducted several POSH Act Awareness programs in the form of workshops, seminars, painting competitions, nukkad natak and case study competitions for students and employees. She has also contributed as a resource person for technical sessions. She is an external member of ICC at Coal Mining Headquarters, NTPC Mining Limited.
