Background

Mary Sheila Bodra completed her schooling from Mount Carmel School, Hazaribagh. She completed her Intermediate and Graduation in Humanities from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. Thereafter she joined XLRI, Jamshedpur from where she completed Management studies with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

During her final trimester in XLRI, she was selected through campus recruitment by Tata Steel, Jamshedpur from where she started her corporate career. She has served the company in various positions and locations. After Tata Steel she moved on to join a Multinational Company Quaker Chemical India. as The Head, HR. She has rich Corporate Experience in both Human Resource Management as well as Industrial Relations.

She was inducted as the society member of world Vision India and is a member of India Resource Development Committee and Executive Committee. She has also been a member of the HR committee of American Chamber of Commerce (Kolkata Chapter). She has also been an active member of some of the Social Service Organizations in Kolkata. She was also a member of the Internal Complaint Committee of HEC and the Presiding officer of the XISS Internal Complaint Committee.
