Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) and Alumni Association of XISS (AAXISS), Mumbai Chapter organised the ‘Alumni Meet 2023’on 13 October 2023.

A panel discussion was also organised during the Alumni Meet where the alumni, and other participants shared insightful experiences with the audience, fostering a sense of connection. The interactive games added a dynamic touch to the event, leading to a panel discussion on navigating the early stages of one's career.

The panel featured esteemed professionals, including Mr Rajorshi Ganguli, President and Global HR Head of Alkem Laboratories Ltd, with an impressive 29 years of diverse HR experience. Mr Prabhat Sinha, Director- Public and Government Affairs - Boehringer Ingelheim India, brought over 23 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and emphasized the importance of strengthening the healthcare ecosystem through partnerships. Dr Jayant Kumar, CHRO of Adani Cements, enriched the event with his illustrious career spanning Adani Ports, Tata Power, Marico, NTPC, and more. Mr Amitabh Singh, Head of Business HR at ICICI Bank and an alumnus of XISS PM Batch 1997, added further depth to the panel.
