Professional Experience

Prior to XISS, he was Faculty in the Department of Management, Mizoram University for 2 years and also worked as Visiting faculty in ICFAI University, Mizoram for 2 years teaching Post graduate and Undergraduate students. His research, teaching and consulting are focused on Finance, Human Resource Management and Sustainable Development, etc. He had also administrative responsibilities as Consultant (SDGs) in Planning & Prog. Implementation Department, Government of Mizoram for 4 years. As a consultant, he has coordinated, facilitate Line Departments, Agency and other Stakeholders, etc. He also organized National, State, District, Block and Local Level in achieving the programmes of UN Agenda’s.
